Manages a high performing risk policy & strategy team. Manages the risk policies, strategies, and oversight for the credit cards loss mitigation treatments. Leading the credit cards loss mitigation reengineering and the digital loss mitigation projects. Handles the exception approvals, issues management, regulatory, and internal audit loss mitigation related activities. Handles the credit cards loss mitigation ad-hoc analytics, data design requirements, independent risk reporting oversight, and the OCC frequent reporting and ad-hoc analytics.
