Sport Psychologist within the club’s academy, supporting the elite talent pathway from U14’s to senior level with the aim to develop and facilitate a psychologically safe environment.· Working with coaches, parents, and higher management to ensure that each team within the club promotes a strong balance between performance and wellbeing. · Working within a multi-disciplinary team, supporting the clubs most elite junior athletes through holistic support.· Offering one-to-one support for any athletes who have been highlighted as needing further support. · Working throughout the club’s hierarchical structure to promote a thriving culture, enhancing the communication between key stakeholders to promote the clubs’ shared values and vision.
