During my 27 years of Translation experience i have worked with many companies like Soltim, Michelin, BNPP, Targo Bank, CIC, Naturesoft, CGI Inc, Hexaware Technologies, Orange Business Services, Orange Morocco, Accenture, and Triovest. I have also worked with Cinematheque Francaise, France 2, and for Wimbledon Publishers. I have experience in Translating technical documents, User Manuals, Work Flow Diagrams, Business documents, specifications, contract documents, engineering drawings, etc from French to English. I am a resourceful, enthusiastic and creative person to take responsibility for technical & marketing translations, review and quality control, primarily related to jobs from leading manufacturers in the field of data storage and recovery solutions, IT management solutions, networking solutions, Unified Communications, Collaboration, Cloud Computing, and similar works. My major responsibilities were: • Perform on demand of translation, interpretation and quality control tasks related to the product. • Produce and deliver premium translation of publishable quality. The market appeal and communication potential of the source text are fully conveyed in the translated text. • Excellent understanding of the brand style, tone & voice of the variety of translation contents ranging from marketing, software products to training and product documentation and corporate communication • Content types: Marketing, Business/Commercial Communications, Technical documentation / instruction, User assistance, User interface/website, Voice over/Subtitles. • I have the ability to deliver 225 translated words per hour on an average 8 hour schedule. • Academic background: B.A, English, Licence (French) and Maitrise (French)( Unfinished). I have published articles and books on Godard by Badiou, Agamben, Jacques Ranciere and Koltes in English & Malayalam.
