ABOUT GEORGE DUTILE
I am a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The Brydon Group, a veteran-led private equity firm that partners with exceptional entrepreneurs to acquire, operate, and grow small businesses. Prior to Brydon, I served as Executive Director at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank in New York, where I helped create the first-ever initiative on Wall Street to back and support veteran-owned alternative managers. Before that, I worked at Goldman Sachs following my MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.I spent 16 years in the U.S. Special Operations Community with ten combat deployments, including eight years as a U.S. Marine and eight years as an Intelligence Operator for Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU). My operations took me to Iraq, Afghanistan, the Horn of Africa, Pakistan, and beyond. While serving, I co-founded the Naval Special Warfare Latin & Hispanic American Society to support and mentor service members from diverse backgrounds.I also teach Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where I help train the next generation of leaders to acquire and grow small businesses.…and yes, I have 23 more tattoos than the rest of the Brydon management team combined :)
