I am a Chartered Civil Engineer working in the UK and EU for Buildots. Buildots is an innovative construction tech start-up automating progress tracking for construction sites. Bringing together AI and wearable hardware, Buildots technology brings visibility to construction processes and fully digitised construction workflows with the aim of optimising processes, minimising delays and avoiding budget overruns.My past experience includes working as a site based Project Manager for Cementation Skanska on high value and complex piling and construction projects in London. I have an MSc in Engineering Geology and a BSc in Geology from Imperial College London. I also have SMSTS, appointed persons for lifting operations, first aid at work, management, leadership and temporary works coordinator qualifications.Career Profile- Extensive experience with the planning, construction and project management of residential, commercial and industrial projects with a specific focus on the foundation and fitout phases of a construction project- Highly motivated to ensure construction projects are completed efficiently with a proactive attitude to trade management and delay rectification- Proactive innovator, developer and programmer of BIM and productivity management tools to allow for the efficient input, storage, processing and analysis of project data- Personally responsible for the safety, welfare and organisation of personnel and equipment- General awareness of all aspects of civil engineering and the wider construction industry- Friendly, highly motivated, committed and conscientious team leader with experience of managing multidisciplinary international teams.
