I provide authoritative legal oversight and interpretation on such matters as communications network reliability, cybersecurity, reliability of the nation\'s emergency warning systems, public safety, homeland security, and disaster management. I provide expert legal oversight and interpretation on the impact of the Communications Act, Administrative Procedures Act, Paperwork Reduction Act, Freedom of Information Act, Federal Advisory Committee Act and other relevant statutes,I assist the CCR Division Chief and Deputy Chiefs with planning, directing and coordinating divisionalfunctions and responsibilities; establishing priorities and strategies for the division; coordinating assigned activities to ensure consistent application of relevant rules, policies, and orders.
