CTS-I Certified AV Lead/ Field Engineer.•Knowledge of Crestron, AMX and utilization of Extron, Polycom, and Tandberg all in an installation and troubleshooting capacity. •Wire termination, cable pulling, site surveying, systems commissioning •Installation of Audio Visual systems, including rack fabrications, cable termination, crimping, and basic termination and soldering techniques. •Ability to upload and programming codes, read schematics, configure and troubleshoot AV & VTC equipment. •Management experience including the ability to direct team members, project initiatives and time. Meeting Support Manage and maintain AV and VTC support ranging from simple (Desktop) to complete (Video Walls, Network, etc.) Setup, testing, operation, and tear down of AV and VTC equipment; Provide extensive troubleshooting for AV and VTC technology (various projectors, control systems, audio- and videoconferencing, displays, cameras, microphones, web-based presentation programs, etc.) Perform regular preventive maintenance checks. Set and maintain proactive executive/high profile meeting support levels. Provide AV Team support for \"Special\" and Executive level events. Execute and assist in all aspects of videoconferences including call set up, end user training, troubleshooting, and follow through on escalation of trouble issues. Provide consultation to end users on presentation equipment. Assist in the maintenance of videoconference and AV operations inventories. Assist and support in the development of standard video conference room documentation. Assist senior staff with equipment installation, rack and stack and cable harnessing; cable pulling and termination of connections. Assist the Conference Coordinator and Manager with facility and customer requests.
