1. Product Line Manager

   Feb 2013 — Present

   Current role is as the Product Line Manager over land products covering BOP equipment. My responsibilities include marketing, pricing, product improvements and implementation of new processes and equipment to improve efficiencies. Working with our management team and operations team, we build inventory strategies to support the market and reduce delivery times while striving to keep cost under control. Conducting training, internally and externally, also falls within in my position\'s scope which includes introducing my product to employees and customers and updating them on the current and future concepts and abilities of our products. As a PLM, I support manufacturing in our US domestic locations, as well as Mexico. Other aspects of my role include supporting new product development, working closely with our engineering groups conducting meetings where we discuss potential new product for the market and assist in solving customer issues. Throughout my time in my current position, I have maintained training activities to support strong safety actions in the workplace as well as ethics and equity training.
