I am a passionate Medical Safety Physician with broad experience across multiple therapeutic areas and diverse healthcare settings. Over the course of my career, I have progressed through roles of increasing responsibility, including leading high-performing, cross-functional teams. I bring hands-on expertise in end-to-end clinical safety activities for both developmental and marketed products, including a proven track record of shaping and executing safety strategy for several successful global NDAs and MAAs.I am driven by strong work ethics, a commitment to scientific rigor, and a collaborative mindset. I thrive in matrixed, global environments where partnership and clear communication are essential to delivering patient-focused outcomes. Currently, I serve as a Global Program Safety Lead in Solid Tumors (Oncology) at a top global pharmaceutical company, where I focus on end-to-end clinical safety that includes safety strategy planning and implementation, signal detection, risk management, benefit–risk assessment and regulatory engagement to support strategic and impactful program delivery. Advancing patient safety through thoughtful strategy, collaborative execution, and continuous improvement, thereby ensuring therapies are not only effective, but delivered with the highest standards of safety and integrity is what motivates me.
