I lead a small but highly skilled Platform Engineering/DevOps team that are distributed globally. I am still very hands on technically and thoroughly enjoy it, but have found building the team and helping them develop their careers extremely rewarding. Some of the highlights to date- Helped Napier secure significant investment through major overhaul of our Platform and the resulting growth it enabled- Enabled our Operations team to deploy and manage 100+ Kubernetes clusters running customer workloads through automation using our platform- Platform Technology stack: Azure AKS, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Nginx, Keycloak, Postgres, Elasticsearch, Kafka and others- Platform Service languages (separate from the core product): Go, Python, Bash
