What I bring to the table is the ability to organize, motivate, and lead a team to deliver balanced solutions for our clients. Above all, I’m focused on making things work in the real world and making my customer’s customers happy.I’ve been blessed to work with and learn from great people. Their diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and points of view have challenged me to continuously learn and develop my own insights. I am doubly blessed to now be in a position to help develop the next generation of supply chain leaders. In my current role, I work in DHL Supply Chain’s North America\'s e-Commerce team. We work with companies to help them achieve their supply chain objectives. It can include new channels, accelerated growth, improved operations, better service levels, and a variety of other needs. COVID has accelerated the shift into e-Commerce and Omni-Channel and we\'re uniquely positioned to help our clients transform their supply chains quickly. We focus on providing the best value and “getting it right the first time.”I’ve been fortunate to lead a global team working on some of the most advanced technologies in supply chain: augmented reality, collaborative robots, automated guided vehicles, waveless warehouse execution systems, and others. These weren’t research projects, these were operational pilots and live, fully-integrated implementations.I also got to lead part of DHL’s NorAm Solutions Design team. My group focused on network design and advanced projects. Additionally, I led solution design work on very large, highly mechanized solutions across verticals in our business.My experience prior to DHL is a well-rounded mix of experience across channels, products, and industries, including pharmaceuticals, health care, grocery, apparel, entertainment, automotive, industrial products, and the US Military.
