Managed a team of 4, to map the existing organisation (including existing processes and data) to shape recommendations to drive time, cost and quality savings, culminating in a presentation to the client\'s CEO-2. Transformation Scrum Master/Solution Lead: Led a team of 4 to scope, solution, size, and plan for the implementation of 6 critical initiatives aimed at accelerating fibre rollout for the client. If implemented, these initiatives could have potentially boosted revenue by £21m and driven a 12% increase in FTTP throughput over 2 years.Transformation Scrum Master/Solution Lead: Led a team of 12 in scoping, building, and launching a production management toolset and set of processes, revolutionizing the client\'s approach to tracking, managing, and reporting on their national FTTP rollout (4 million homes per year, £2.5bn investment). These tools are now utilized daily by approximately 150 Operational Managers and Project Directors. As a critical enabler, the toolset contributed to a 32% increase in fibre build throughput within one year.Sales:1) Led on a $450k proposal for a 10-week due diligence engagement to conduct an independent review of a clients desk & field functions, with the aim of identifying Automation/GenAI, Op Model and Outsourcing opportunities (2)$550k proposal for a 12-week due diligence engagement focused on accelerating the client’s national fibre build rollout programme.
