My mission as the Vice President of Talent Development at SkinSpirit, a leading medical aesthetics destination, is to recruit and cultivate top-tier talent. SkinSpirit is dedicated to enhancing beauty with exceptional care, safety, and expertise and my role is to ensure we do so with the best-trained staff in place. After an extensive education in aesthetics, including a Master of Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington, a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Duke University, and an MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport, I started my journey at SkinSpirit Bellevue Square and later went on to launch the Austin clinic. My blend of aesthetic expertise and passion for connection and education has led me to become the lead faculty at the Academy for Injection Anatomy, where I play a vital role in training professionals within the aesthetics industry at large. In my current position, I lead the acquisition and development of the SkinSpirit staff ensuring the brand maintains the highest standard of expertise amongst its providers.
