ABOUT GEORGE ARDLEY

I am a driven and adaptable individual with a strong work ethic, demonstrated by successfully balancing over 20+ hours of weekly employment in leadership roles alongside high academic achievement during my degree. During football captaincy of both my college First XI team and later my BUCS team at the University of Exeter, I honed my leadership skills in high-performance environments, guiding teams to success, including a treble cup victory at university. These experiences, along with my background in hospitality, have strengthened my ability to thrive under pressure, collaborate effectively, and foster inclusive, goal-oriented environments, working alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds. My academic journey, which has culminated in a History degree, has equipped me with strong analytical, critical thinking, and research abilities, while my leadership roles in football and my experience in hospitality have helped me build key interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills. I am committed to leveraging my skills and experience to make a meaningful impact while also furthering the early stages of my career.
