Self-starting and meticulous compliance and sanctions Director with over 14 years of audit and compliance experience at PwC. Currently engaged as a Product Owner in the development of multiple global compliance platforms and source systems. I collaborate daily with the business analysts and technical leads to write the business requirements and drive the agile development of the global compliance applications. I collaborate with the global territories to incorporate their business process needs into the applications and oversee user acceptance and business acceptance testing. As a compliance subject matter expert, I have in depth knowledge of these global products and how they are utilized to drive compliance in PwC’s global network. I own the global templates used to facilitate compliance confirmations as well as the templates to facilitate communications through the system. I’m driving the development of the back office workflows as well as the reporting components of the system. I’m very experienced in the ever evolving sanctions processes and risk management for personal independence compliance. I’m proficient with the application of SEC, AICPA and PwC Global independence regulations and policy compliance including the sanctions process for violations. In previous roles I oversaw a compliance back office team based in the US, India and Argentina comprised of over 100 compliance professionals.
