The Community Resource Manager is primarily responsible for the leadership and oversight of the Food Bank of Lincoln’s Bridges Out of Poverty initiative, Getting Ahead in a Just-Gettin’-by World classes, and SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) outreach work, as well as management of some aspects of grant processes. This role will support and help guide the expansion efforts within the above areas. This person will develop and maintain best practices as well as oversee recruitment, training, and continuous development of staff and facilitators.
