I am a Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), based in Seattle, WA. I am the AI@Scale lead within the Technology Advisory & Delivery chapter. We help clients navigate the organizational, data, and technical challenges associated with their AI initiatives. Since joining BCG in 2020, I have been leading Data & Digital Platform (DDP) architecture and build cases that serve as the technology enablers of our client\'s digital transformations. This work has helped my clients across Retail and MedTech to quickly deploy differentiated capabilities into the market and unlock new revenue streams. Outside of BCG, I enjoy giving back to Seattle by coaching a variety of youth sports programs.

   technical lead for GenAI product build in insurance industry. Defined solution architecture, oversaw engineering efforts, and developed scaling plan. The solution was based on advanced RAG and deployed in an Azure-centric environment- Led architecture strategy, design, and engineering of an AWS-native Data and Digital Platform (DDP) for a North American retailer to orchestrate differentiated customer experiences. Platform was built on a serverless, microservices architecture with reusable components intended to enable rapid delivery of differentiated business services. The first set of business services delivered supported electric vehicle charging, by setting up an eMobility Services Provider (eMSP) and using the Open Charge Point Interface (OCPI) 2.2.1 to connect with the Charge Point Operator. This orchestrated experience was delivered EV charging through a mobile interface- led the delivery of a cross-platform mobile app based on React Native and GraphQL technologies, and implemented Digital Wallets (Apple Pay and Google Pay) as well as iBeacon/Bluetooth technologies to pay for services and automate the activation of functionality respectfully- Developed master data management (MDM) strategy and data architecture for customer and product data domains, and directed the software selection of a multi-domain MDM tool- led the design and implementation of cloud native data platform leveraging technologies from AWS, Snowflake, and Matillion- led the design and development of analytics products leveraging agile and devsecops practices - set up business led data governance operating model inclusive of new roles (data domain owners, stewards, custodians), processes / policies, and technologies to scale data quality management
