Concourse was established to provide critical assistance and analysis to plan, develop, oversee, and implement large scale federal real estate programs. Concourse and its principals have a strong record of delivering success for both the public and private sectors on federal built-to-suit and privatization programs having participated in 64 federal real estate projects in 37 States, representing over $2 billion in closed transactions. Our current clients include, the Department of Veteran Affairs, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, General Services Administration, Department of Transportation the Department of the Air Force. Concourse\'s primary business has been assisting the public and private sectors in federal real estate projects that are executed through competitive two-step FRQ/RFP or SFO process. We perform a wide range of tasks including project due diligence, land acquisition, market surveys, negotiations, preparing transaction documents, portfolio management and project management from concept through closing.
