I lead a team of content strategists, field enablement specialists, visual designers, and business analysts focused on scaling adoption of AWS across the Financial Services industry. We work with colleagues across a range of functions (Business Development, Engineering, Sales, Product Management, Partners, and Compliance, among others) to develop campaigns and provide training to help account teams sell AWS services and solutions. Some of the campaigns we have launched include: machine learning and AI, data lakes and analytics, high-performance computing, digital user engagement, contact-center transformation, and regulatory reporting. We also collaborate with different Marketing teams at AWS (Field Marketing, Industry Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Product Marketing) on demand generation campaigns as well as high-visibility events, such as the AWS Financial Services Cloud Symposium series, AWS Summits, and AWS re:Invent. As co-owner of the Financial Services track at re:Invent since 2017, I have helped make Financial Services one of the most highly rated tracks at the conference according to customer-satisfaction scores.
