ABOUT GEOFFREY INCH
I’m a senior executive with a passion for sustainability and more than a decade of experience tackling the challenges of plastics recycling and circularity in the U.S. My career has been all about building solutions—whether that’s assembling high-performing teams, creating partnerships across an industry, or driving strategic initiatives that deliver results. In my current role as Senior Vice President at CAA, I lead our national producer strategy, helping brands and retailers prepare for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) policies in the U.S. CAA brings together leading companies from the food, beverage, consumer goods, and retail industries to operate as a Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) in states with EPR laws. Our team works to deliver top-tier EPR compliance services, scale innovation, and build systems that reduce waste and improve recycling. In my career, I’ve worked across big companies and startups, gaining experience in business development, strategy, policy, and customer-facing roles. I’m also proud of the multi-stakeholder collaborations I’ve helped lead, bringing together players from across the plastics value chain—from traditional plastic to bio-based and recycled materials. With a background in engineering and a MBA, I thrive at the intersection of customer success, technical problem-solving and big-picture strategy. Whether I’m managing internal operations or representing my organization externally, I’m focused on driving meaningful progress toward a circular economy in the U.S.
