   Senior Staff member partnering to develop process, produce efficiencies, and make recommendations for change management during period of large growth. Responsible for reimagining all HR function processes including- Employee Relations - designed a new employee relations process to identify and engage issues- HRIS system - partnered with foundation to consult on selection, set up, and implementation of new HRIS system. Partnered to guide larger foundation to benefits negotation- Recruiting - designed from scratch a recruiting process in the first year delivering over 1/3 and counting of staff headcount. Focusing on greater access, compliant and equitable hiring practices, and a 44% increase in DEI initiative metrics- Performance Management - designed, socialized, and implemented a brand new performance management process rolled out over 2 years, with buy in from Executive Team. Focusing on standard setting, best practices, goal setting, performance management, supervisor training, and legal compliance trainings- Operational excellence - digitized and updated all HR workflows.
