Experience: Geoffrey has 40+ years’ international C level and complex transaction experience. Formative years were in Melbourne completing the Caltex Oil Australia Pty Ltd executive training program. Relocating abroad to London, England, Geoffrey joined RBC Bank- Orion Leasing, At Orion Geoffrey gained sophisticated structured financing, sovereign risk and transactional experience specializing in UK tax shift funding of ITEL -IBM 370/158 mainframe computer operating leases with Ford of Europe. Additional senior experience was gained on the $200M shipyard construction financing underwritten by 20 year charters to the Japanese Government for two Dutch built VLCC natural gas carriers, commissioned by PT Pertamina, exclusively deployed to deliver Indonesian natural gas to Japanese utilities. Since permanently relocating to the USA Geoffrey has 30+ years diverse experience including: successful completing of two NASDAQ S 1 Initial Public Offerings and a reverse merger of listed Dakota gold miner, Viable Resources Inc. Over that period Geoffrey also initiated and closed eight SC M&A transactions in the media and enterprise software technology space. Current interests include enterprise software company Statmon Technologies Corp Pte. Ltd. d/b/a STATMON GLOBAL ROLL UP) headquartered in Singapore and Mauritius. Geoffrey is selectively open to early stage emerging public company advisory board and BOD opportunities in the USA, Australia and Mauritius.
