He has over twenty years experience in planning, design, construction, and project management of major water and municipal infrastructure projects. Geoffrey has grown from purely technical roles into expanding levels of management and operations over his career. He has successfully lead three rounds of discipline strategic planning over the past decade leading to the development and evolution of a strong and diverse engineering sector.In his current role as General Manager, Water and Environment, Geoffrey is responsible for overall management and oversight of the Municipal, Water Resources, Water and Wastewater, Hydrotechnical, Hydrogeology, and Environment service lines. This includes project planning, budgeting and staffing, business development, client liaison, proposal preparation, and overall management of staff.
