I am working on the development, optimization, deployment and evaluation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models and MCP servers within the Autodesk Assistant AI agent.My core focuses are:• MLOps for Assistant upgrades (coordinating RAG, VDB and Autodesk.com infrastructure updates)• Monitoring & improvement initiatives for system latency & reliability. Set up latency benchmarks, performed frequent system load testing, identified latency bottlenecks in our architecture and reduced Weaviate database connectivity errors by an order of magnitude• Making commerce & support knowledge available company-wide through MCP• Coordinating MLE and MLOps cross-team operations for update rollouts and issue resolution • Setting up programmatic adversarial/red-team testing, generating synthetic queries to probe system vulnerabilities and report potential guardrail blindspots
