Geoffrey is an owner/partner at Southern Resource Partners (SRP). SRP Lending has a unique approach to Private Lending. Because of the many years that the partners havel spent in residential construction, they understand lending from the Builder/Borrower’s perspective as opposed to a standard financial institution approach. Loans have a more personal feel with the investors being in Georgia. We like to meet the borrower, review the deal and take a common-sense approach to underwriting. As a direct, private lender, SRP Lending makes all approvals in-house. We are dedicated to providing quick responses to time-sensitive loans, often times with the ability to close in as few as 3-5 business days.
