   My team of data scientists and analytics engineers owns product analytics for the whole Qualtrics product. Our primary stakeholders are in product and engineering, but our work has also impacted sales, customer success, marketing and many other teams. Some key accomplishments since I joined-Grew the team from 3 to 6 with above average manager effectiveness scores -Grew adoption of product analytics platform from ~100 to 750+ internal monthly active users-Delivered 50+ analysis projects which have informed feature decisions across teams. Developed an internal data research repository to make this work discoverable-Partnered with engineering to design and onboard useful, curated events and properties to provide usage visibility into almost all areas of the Qualtrics product. To maintain this visibility, we\'ve developed processes to effectively \"design our data\", so that it is documented, trustworthy and usable. These processes have become standard parts of our launch process-Developed ~1,100 canonical datasets and cohorts and numerous complex pipelines and easy-to-use dashboards to make product usage insights available to decision-makers across Qualtrics-Served as data science lead and founding team member on an effort to fund, design, build and evangelize Qualtrics\' first A/B testing platform. I wore software developer, statistician and architect and PM hats as part of this work. This platform has enabled dozens of A/B tests to be run at Qualtrics-Developed statistical models to identify product usage behaviors most correlated to revenue, expansion, renewal/churn and PX (PSAT). This work has directly informed selection of company North Star metrics. I\'ve played both manager and lead IC roles in this work-Proposed, defined and developed rhythms of business around company top-line metrics, which are regularly reported to investors and analysts-Presented on \"Analytics as a Team Sport\" and experimentation at Amplitude\'s Amplify conference.
