I have worked in the resturuant industry for over twenty years. The majority of my experience has been in kitchen management. I have also worked as a GM managing a casual bar/resturunat. During my time at Pace One I was responsible for management of both the FOH and BOh, all hiring, training, and quality control in all areas. I also ran the full service catering businees at Pace One. My goal is to work for a company where I can utilize my strenghs of execution, meeting or exceeding budget expectations and build a quality staff.
