Generating development budgets while working with the land acquisition team during the due diligence process to help ensure successful self-development purchases. Working with the team in taking projects through the entitlement process while managing the overall project schedule to accurately project and coordinate the date of closing with start of development.3. Bidding out to procure a turnkey site contractor under contract to develop the land once the land deal is closed and final project approvals and permits are obtained,4. Lead and track bonding and lot platting. Drive the schedule and maintain budget while taking down lots to ultimately close out and turn over new communities to the HOA.
