Working cross-functionally to drive user growth, retention, and revenue, while improving customer experience.Key responsibilities: – Own the vision and roadmap for subscription products across brands and platforms. – Lead and grow a high-performing Product team, driving collaboration and data-led decisions. – Partner with Engineering, UX, Data, and Marketing to deliver impactful product improvements. – Turn customer insight, business goals, and market trends into clear product strategies. – Drive experimentation through A/B and MVT testing for rapid learning and iteration. – Align product initiatives with company OKRs and commercial goals, using metrics to prioritise. – Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders. – Champion agile practices, inclusive design, and customer-first innovation.
