Responsibility for maintaining existing client base, combined with exploring and expanding same through new business generation. Clear understanding of multi-sector portfolios with hands on experience at all levels; managing national portfolios through to local estate management Acting as the Vail Williams catalyst, liaising with other strategic business units within Vail Williams in order to provide comprehensive and effective service delivery Until July 2010 responsible for the Management of the nationwide Property Asset Management team comprising 15 surveyors, 9 full-time accounts / administration staff and 3 Consultants. Also act as mentor to staff of all levels across the business.Management of Asset Management departmental budget, staff resource, P&L projections, debt recovery and initiating / authoring the development and implementation of annual strategic business plan.
