Featured speaker at premier environmental/energy conferences including: COP24 UN Climate Change Conference, Global Climate Action Summit, Climate Leadership Conference, USGBC Municipal Green Building Conference, CPUC Climate Adaptation proceedings, etc- Negotiate and maintain utility franchise agreements with 250+ municipalities in the service territory to secure equitable fee schedules ranging from $20K to $80M in annual payments- Key achievements include securing long-term franchise agreements with the Cities of Calimesa, Long Beach, Pasadena, La Canada-Flintridge, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles County- Develop environmental policy for SoCalGas in response to proposed regulations and emerging policy issues.
