Coordinated local and regional publicity for the college\'s six departments and three research centers in the nation\'s leading agricultural area.• Expanded prominence of the Fresno State campus farm that showcases 18 agricultural enterprises (animal, food procession, horticulture, tree fruit and nuts, vegetable and field crops, vineyards and winery).• Managed daily media news cycle with press releases, and student, faculty, and staff interviews and promotional appearances.• Responsible for social media content by adding Bluesky, Instagram, Linkedin, Threads, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube pages, which are leaders in engagement rates among Fresno State campus accounts.• Collaborated with campus communications, development and advancement staffs to increase the Jordan College\'s presence on campus and in the community.• Acquired key media experience publicizing college highlights to five, top-50 nationally, network TV news affiliates, newspapers, magazines and major radio outlets in area (and regional and national specialty media). • As staff photographer, took images at +300 each year• Designed department newsletters, publications and promotional materials.• Created and edited video online interviews with faculty and staff and served as college website manager (jcast.fresnostate.edu).• Worked with students to develop interview skills, and strengthen perception of agricultural industry, university and college.• Spoke annually to student clubs and organizations classes about media and public relations topics.• Reported directly to the Dean and Associate Dean.
