My main role is leading a team of people who sell and deliver £20M of technical and advisory projects each year to commercial and government organisations to enable then to better deliver their core missions. The technology areas where I personally spend most of my time are around radio communication systems, radio location systems, radar systems, optical sensors and AI. This often includes leading multidisciplinary teams spanning hardware, software and algorithms and working in conjunction with clients to produce innovative solutions to complex problems.
