Lead role played in over $625 million of development, divestitures and acquisitions- Financial responsibilities include: development and review of monthly financial reporting; quarterly reporting to stakeholders; participation in year-end auditing; all interaction with lenders, joint venture and private investor partners on both existing and new acquisitions / developments; development and maintenance of company 401(k) program; forecasting of operations and economic drivers of the business; modeling new acquisition and development opportunities and optimization of the capitalization of such projects; established relationships with institutional capital sources including (but not limited to- Operational responsibilities include: development and maintenance of daily, weekly and monthly field level reporting to corporate office; interaction with supervisors in decision making for concession levels, marketing strategies and tenant issues; handling of litigation that arises in the normal course of business; development and implementation of business plans for new acquisitions and developments; negotiating long-term contract with third party contractors & suppliers.
