He has advised on and implemented large-scale solutions in the Financial Services industry with a particular focus on Wealth Management & Capital Markets.In his current role for the Bank of Montreal, he is accountable for the technology platforms supporting Canadian Private Wealth and BMO Insurance. In addition, his role includes horizontal accountability across Wealth Management Technology for key initiatives on migrating core platforms to the cloud, advancing data & analytics capabilities, and implementing GenAI and Machine Learning solutions.Previous to BMO, Geoff was a technology executive and consultant advising senior business and technology executives across North America. He has led organizational transformations implementing new agile practices at scale, delivered large book-of-record and trading platform programs at Banks and Wealth Management firms across North America, and advised Financial Services organizations on acquisitions, technology, and business strategies.
