I am a Senior Manager in Deloitte\'s Consumer and Industrial Products practices with over a decade of experience in retail, hospitality, distribution, and manufacturing, serving globally and nationally recognized consumer brands and Fortune 500 companies. I have extensive experience providing audit and other advisory services to public and private companies. I have deep experience related to mergers a acquisitions and the resulting integrations of processes, people, and technologies. In addition to serving audit clients, I provide advisory services including SOX implementation and modernization projects, accounting standards implementations, and other accounting consulting services. I am member of Deloitte\'s Lease SWAT, specializing in ASC 842 (Leases).
