I am a results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable individual with 6 years’ experience with solar EPCs and developers and 10 years in team leadership. As comfortable working in dynamic teams as I am building and leading them, my strong work ethic and personal integrity have enabled me to thrive across renewable energy markets and business models. Mastery of a variety of communication styles from presentations to the C-suite to informal plan-of-day huddles on the job site has enabled me to build strong relationships with leadership, colleagues, vendors, and clients alike. I am passionate about the role of renewable energy sources, particularly commercial and utility scale solar, in driving societal and economic change at the local level. In my work with Solar EPCs and developers in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Canada, I have a proven record of working with local and state governing bodies and leveraging my breadth of experience in field, engineering, and procurement roles to achieve desirable project outcomes for a variety of clients.
