I am a Director in the KPMG Accounting Advisory Services practice in New York, NY providing merger, acquisition, divestiture, accounting policy conversion and implementation, and other transactional support to clients.Previous experience was in the Assurance industry and i have extensive experience in technology, industrial products, sports and entertainment industries, and have over 10 years of experience working with both private and SEC companies. Significant assurance experience assisting clients with accounting and reporting issues related to acquisitions, financing transactions, and restructurings. I have worked with clients with regard to Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance and have experience with SEC filings and public offerings. Active in developing and leading training programs relating to technical accounting and auditing matters. I graduated from the University of Dundee with a Honors Degree in Accountancy and Business Finance and Accounting and am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.I currently reside in Manhattan and an am Green Card holder.
