As of February 2022, I am now also the Academic Tutor for this Senior Leaders Masters Degree Apprenticeship Programme. This means that I act as a bridge between the University Faculty, the Senior Leader student and their employer to ensure alignment and that the Programme is progressing well for the Senior Leader. It is great to be working with these Senior Leaders and their organisations.This is a great programme at Solent University combining strong academic underpinning with real world development, which adds value to the leaders and their organisations.
