   Pierce County Data lead in collaboration with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation\'s Tri-County initiative. Worked on cross-functional team in the creation of the ETL Data pipeline used by King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. Wrote detailed product specifications to ensure that the final ETL product met the system requirements and delivered optimal analytical tool. Delivered periodic impact analyses and reports to partner organizations, offering valuable insights into project outcomes and methods to replicate their success. Developed and implemented data models and algorithms to support system objectives. Produced content and conducted training sessions for Tableau dashboards and info-graphics, catering to both internal and external stakeholders. Successfully trained and supported over 300 end users annually, assisting 140+ service programs utilizing cloud software. Applied Lean and Agile methodologies to streamline existing data collection processes by identifying gaps and creatively problem-solving with service vendors Adept at forecasting program performance using financial planning and analysis (FP & A) for Pierce County Human Services. Managed the portfolio outputs of over 140 contracts across four separate federal funding accounts. Streamlined the billing process, reducing the need to conduct desk audits from 140 monthly to 50. This also minimized the financial risk to Pierce County, reducing the number of findings from federal auditors.
