ABOUT GEOFF BROCKENSHIRE

I’m a clinically trained product and innovation leader with over a decade in healthcare delivery and senior experience building and scaling digital, data and AI-enabled health products and highly regulated environments.I began my career as a physiotherapist across the NHS and private healthcare, which gives me deep credibility with clinicians, patients and operational teams. I now sit at the intersection of healthcare, technology and commercial strategy — leading product vision, zero-to-one delivery, and go-to-market execution for digital health platforms, enterprise healthcare organisations, and venture-backed startups.Most recently, I’ve held senior product and digital leadership roles within UK private healthcare, AI venture studios partnered with major US health systems, and global innovation consultancies working with organisations such as Novartis, Takeda and Nestlé. My work typically involves translating complex clinical, regulatory and operational needs into intuitive, consumer-grade digital products that can scale.I’m particularly strong in environments where- Clinical, technical and commercial priorities collide- Stakeholder complexity is high (clinicians, engineers, execs, regulators)- Speed matters, but trust and safety are non-negotiableMy experience spans product strategy, roadmap ownership, human-centred design, agile delivery, AI and emerging technology evaluation, and go-to-market leadership. I’ve built product operating models, led digital accelerators, launched new healthcare propositions, and partnered closely with engineering, data science, design and clinical teams.I’m currently exploring London-based permanent or contract roles at senior level, including Head of Product, Product & Innovation Lead, or Digital Health leadership positions.
