Twenty years of experience as a CFO with particular focus on fundraising, growth companies, M&A, working with private equity sponsors, public company reporting and investor relations. Have been integrally involved in over $6 billion in acquisitions and debt/equity financings at operating companies in addition to six years of banking experience. Major accomplishments include-Overseeing growth from $340 million to $684 million revenue company over five year period-Successful sale of company for over $1.6 billion generating 3x return for private equity shareholders over 4.5 year period-Company currently employs over 1,800 associates-Overseeing growth from $40 million to $345 million revenue company over seven-year period-Successful sale of company for over $700 million generating 2x return for public shareholders over two-year period following IPO-Successful management of U.S. IPO process resulting in $75 million IPO with major \"bulge bracket\" underwriting syndicate-Over 8 consecutive quarters of exceeding public analyst expectations-Experience issuing publicly-traded high yield debt through multiple issuers from period spanning 1998 to 2007 - including both favorable and unfavorable market conditions-Direct responsibility for negotiating and financing acquisitions totaling over $1 billion-Direct involvement raising over $650 million in private equity from numerous prominent private equity sponsors investing in multiple different entities over 15 year period of time-Experience as both public and private company board member, including two years as public company audit committee chair-Experience with corporate restructuring as well as growth-High degree of comfort with CFO role supporting both CEO and board to manage successful corporate development programs-High degree of interest in growth companies that require expansion capital to maximize shareholder value over long term-Significant experience working with technology companies in emerging fields
