Schedule routine maintenance for customer, organize tasks to get accomplished during this scheduled time. Manage parts for customer sites. Update customer with a recommended spare parts list to keep required parts on hand at site. Point of contact for customers to assist and keep customer up to date on Service Bulletins and updates, also to help locate issues to keep units running. Work with customer to work on unit issues during scheduled downtime. Report to customer the findings during maintenance and scheduled down time. Meet with customers and find better ways to exceed their needs for reliability and run time. Work with Field Service Representatives to keep open communications to better meet customer needs. Organize with District office to schedule customer and Field Service Reps to complete tasks scheduled and unscheduled.
