Ensure Non released Parts (NRP) delivery on time to the right build.* Supporting the prototype vehicle operations (PVO) team to receive the NRP parts what they ordered from the suppliers.* Work accordingly by analysing the parts shortage reports and the build schedules and organising the daily meetings with build engineering team.* Chasing the suppliers and obtaining the promise dates of parts delivery before the MRD date.* Ensure all parts received before the Build start date.* Arranging and coordinating the logistics supply chain.* Book the parts received into the right RPS raised user stock.* Obtain the window/material withdrawal from the user/engineer and update in the WW tracker for the parts to be book in program stock or the build stock.
