As well as, oversaw the chat LoS customer success team of six FTEs which was responsible for one-thousand clients. Achieved GRR of 95%ProfessionalChats, a scrappy, bootstrapped start up acquired by Ruby - Learned how to do more with less. Built and oversaw all aspects of the accounting, finance and revops functions. Added insight to our financial and operational metrics, and managed financial resources allowing us to stay cash flow positive and profitable while in bootstrapped growth mode. In 15 months we 10xd ARR and grew from 25 to 130 employees. Led due diligence efforts, resulting in a successful acquisition by Ruby. PwC - Honed my ability to understand and analyze the financial impact of business processes. PwC gave me the opportunity to learn how to manage people and complex, multi-deliverable projects with short deadlines. Developed a strong base in GAAP accounting rules, financial reporting, and worked on M&A transactions including the Lockheed Martin and Leidos IT transaction.
