Reporting to the MD I deal with the development and consolidation of all the company activities, in particular the operational reorganization and efficiency of human and instrumental resources of the intermodal terminal. In conjunction with the respective cadences I am dealing with the drafting of new tariff plans and the renegotiation of contracts for the supply of terminal services for terminalization of railways trains, handling and repair services. I draw up reports on incoming or outgoing volumes to understand the trends. I am part of a technical table that deals with the development and implementation of an experimental project which involves the automation of a set of tracks in the intermodal terminal and which will be operational by end of 2025. This project is the first of this kind applied in a Italian container terminal and among the first in Europe. I also deal with planning marketing strategies, aimed at promoting and developing new traffic, coordinating and participating in commercial promotion activities, such as national and international fairs.
