I have over 20 years’ experience of helping organisations to effectively manage the people side of business transformation. In this time, I have understood the importance of looking at the broader impact of business change and the effects on brand advocacy and talent strategies. Now more than ever organisations need to take a holistic approach to business transformation.I gain great satisfaction from working closely and creatively with my customers to ensure the best outcomes for them and their people. My experience is cross sector and whilst I have worked on some of the largest business transformation projects, I have also supported discrete change programmes.Areas of expertise/strengths: Career Development, Career Mobility, Redeployment, Outplacement.I have 2 daughters and outside of work I am interested in the environment and the preservation of the natural world.
