   As a Senior Advisor with the Business-Higher Education forum, I am leading the design and development of a Faculty Alumni Network. With direct input from 2024 and 2025 Fellows, this initiative aims to- Foster ongoing engagement, collaboration, and support between Faculty Innovation Fellowship cohorts - Create a platform for sharing best practices and innovative strategies along with peer learning opportunities- Support Fellows in addressing challenges and implementing their innovation projects Our goal is to collaboratively build a robust network that will enhance the long-term impact of the Faculty Innovation Fellowship, which is supported by the ECMC Foundation and BHEF partners.
