I am a self-starter and a fast learner and I have the ability to work alone or with a team. Although I do not possess a degree (yet), I do have some college credits in business and I have 25-plus years of accounting experience in all areas of accounting and office management. I have managed and worked in a law firm for the last 12 years. The firms are giving me an excellent references. I have the ability to learn new software quickly, I am proficient in QuickBooks and maintaining multiple bank accounts and IOLTA Trust accounts. I have extensive knowledge working with general ledger, journal, payroll, taxes, accounts payable, receivable, billing, payroll, and much more. I have GC experience and I am a notary public, know AIA billing and job costing. I have a can-do attitude and no job is too small or large. I treat all jobs equally important and with the highest priority and possess the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. I have excellent verbal and written skills, communicate with customers and clients to establish a trusting working relationship.
