I am a CEO, Founder and Private Equity partner with 15+ years of experience in leading, building and scaling population health and value-based care solutions for payers, providers and health systems. As Founder and CEO of CDN Strategies I advise a portfolio of healthcare customers on go-to-market strategy and playbooks to achieve operational excellence in value-based care while enhancing patient access to preventative care. As an Operating Partner at Chicago Pacific Founders, I focus on value-based care transformation across a healthcare portfolio of 12 companies who manage first dollar premium risk. I specialize in Medicare Advantage, ACO operations, risk adjustment optimization, and care model solutions to help portfolio companies unlock revenue growth, medical expenditure improvement and patient access and overall CMS payment model performance.In prior endeavors, I co-founded and served as Chief Revenue Officer at Belong Health, scaling the company from pre-revenue to over $500M in annual recurring revenue across four states. Before that, I spent nine years at Lumeris in progressively senior roles, contributing to the company’s growth to over $2B in ARR while building partnerships with leading health systems including Stanford University and Mt. Sinai.My expertise spans the full spectrum of value-based care: ACO REACH, MSSP, Medicare Advantage D-SNP programs, STAR ratings optimization, and emerging payment models like CMS ACCESS and LEAD. I combine operational experience running complex healthcare organizations with the strategic and analytical rigor needed to drive sustainable growth in an evolving regulatory environment.I’m particularly interested in healthcare AI applications that improve clinical workflows and payment accuracy, and I actively work with portfolio companies on go-to-market strategies targeting health plans and provider segments.
